These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Lead Generators LLC website and any lead-generation, advertising-management, or appointment-setting services we provide. By accessing our site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Lead Generators LLC provides done-for-you lead generation, paid advertising management, AI lead scoring, appointment setting, and related marketing services. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for your engagement are set out in your service plan or a separate written agreement.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, our management fees are separate from third-party advertising spend (e.g., Google, Meta). Ad spend is billed by the ad platforms and is your responsibility. You retain ownership of your ad accounts and data.
We use commercially reasonable efforts to generate qualified leads and appointments. However, lead volume, lead quality, conversion, and revenue depend on many factors outside our control — including your offer, pricing, sales follow-up, market conditions, and ad-platform policies. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, appointments, sales, or revenue.
You agree to provide accurate business information, timely feedback and approvals, and prompt follow-up on the leads and appointments we deliver. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of the offers you ask us to promote and for complying with all laws applicable to your business.
Fees are billed according to your selected plan. Plans are month-to-month after any initial ramp period unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late or failed payments may result in a pause of services.
Materials, funnels, and creative we produce for your campaigns are licensed to you for use in connection with our services. Our proprietary systems, tools, and methodologies remain our property.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lead Generators LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the month giving rise to the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
